That’s why Arlene Maynard, our certified pediatric sleep consultant, created the School Sleep Program—a targeted two-week sleep coaching plan designed to help children aged 5 and older develop healthy, independent sleep habits. If your child struggles with bedtime resistance, wakes frequently at night, or has trouble staying in their own bed, this program is the gentle, effective solution you’ve been looking for.

The School Sleep Program is more than a quick fix—it’s a thoughtfully crafted sleep journey that includes a preliminary evaluation of your child’s current sleep habits, a 90-minute virtual consultation with Arlene via your preferred platform (like FaceTime or Google Meet), and a fully customized sleep plan tailored to your family’s unique routine and values. Along with a comprehensive strategy, you’ll receive practical tools and techniques to build consistency and confidence in your child’s sleep routine.

For 14 days, you’ll be guided every step of the way with daily sleep log reviews, three personalized 15-minute support calls, and direct coaching to troubleshoot challenges and fine-tune your child’s progress. Whether your goal is to help your child sleep independently, remain in their own bed all night, or achieve a full 10–11 hours of quality rest, Arlene’s program provides the support and structure to make it happen—without power struggles or overwhelm.
